Cancelling your order
To cancel your order, please contact us via the contact form and include your order number and reason for cancellation.
We will do our best to assist you as quickly as possible.
Please contact us directly for returns
We cannot issue credits or acknowledgements for books returned to us without prior agreement. We can accept no liability for financial losses incurred by customers who have submitted unauthorized returns, so please contact us before returning an item. If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible.

If you would like to refund your eBook purchase, we will be happy to do so if your request fits the following criteria:
• You have not previously returned the same eBook from a prior purchase.
• It is within 14 calendar days from the date you purchased the eBook.
• You have not viewed or printed the eBook in total, no more than 10%
