I’m visiting a client who agists horses on our property. She tries to speak to me, but I keep clear because of her illness. I’m introduced to two women, one of whom I used to know.
I once avoided a girl whom I knew had a disease which I wanted to avoid. Disease is an ongoing motif of my dreams, of my marriage perhaps. It took time for me to fully understand that Joe too was ill, and although he wasn’t suffering from a contagious disease, he was a danger to us when he had an episode. Dreams often work with opposite images, moods or actions, and here my reaction shifts from avoidance to introductions and networking.
